## Description

Refurbishment of disused commercial units in the centre of Middlesbrough shopping centre \(Cleveland Centre\) to convert to a "Live Well" facility \(social care\), comprising of office spaces, clinical treatment rooms, training kitchen, gym and staff facilities including all associated M & E works and fit out\.
