WAR - IBM Storage Protect Licence Renewal

Description

IBM Storage Protect Enterprise Edition including several addons and also the ability to log support calls directly with IBM. Currently this WCC agreement is via an Embedded Solution Agreement (ESA) which allows for the backup of 200TB of data. WCC also has access to the following addons o TDP for Oracle Databases o TDP for VMWare o TDP for Microsoft SQL The support calls will be a mixture of break/fix type calls and for advice around configuration of IBM Storage Protect. The Service to be provided by the Supplier is procured via KCS Framework - Y23065
