Conventions Groups

The Supplier will lead (Chair) and facilitate the Conventions Groups, which will meet up to 12 times a year in total, in accordance with Terms of Reference. They will be responsible for preparing and circulating an agreed agenda for each meeting, reviewing, and tracking previous actions, taking a record of the meeting, commissioning a regular progress report, maintaining the current conventions log and tabling conventions for consideration.
