Customer Journey Mapping and Insight Brief - Light Rail Offer from 2024

South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of the above Services

We will be responsible for defining the overall customer offer for the tram network from 2024 onwards. However, work to develop this offer will begin in 2020/21.

To inform this work, we now need an external company with previous knowledge and experience of similar briefs to review the tram customer offer with a fresh pair of eyes. By helping us to gather and apply improved insight across the entire customer journey, you will contribute to the development of a future tram service that is responsive and attractive to both existing and new customers.

The estimated value of this contract is £50,000 to £70,000
