Progress Housing Associaiton (PHA) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete adaptations / refurbishment to 30 Mile Stone Meadow, Euxton, Chorley. This property is currently unoccupied. PHA intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;

• Modification of second bedroom to create French doors to garden. • Internal improvements within the existing property to include new kitchen. • Associated plumbing and M&E services alterations. • Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property. • External works to provide additional parking, enlarged patio area, and roof refurbishment works
