Thirteen - Humphrey - External Cladding & Insulation 18/19

Thirteen Housing Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out the replacement of hanging tiles with insulation and cladding from the front and rear elevations of various properties within the Humphreys Estate in Thornaby. The works also include replacement of timber windows with UPVC, GRP canopies and Painting of ground floor brickwork to the front and rear of the building.

Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
