VIVID would like to engage with industry to explore the use of modular construction on their Basingstoke opportunity ensuring that such an approach will deliver the project specific requirements whilst achieving the strategic requirements listed below:- Improve productivity Address the skills shortage Improve quality and reduce defects VIVID recognises that the input of industry would be invaluable at this stage of the development so that the requirements, constraints and advantages of a modular approach can be understood prior to any planning commitment\.
