## Description

The project will deliver a rapid Theory of Change with a focus on mapping the strategic objectives of each programme, their interaction, and their potential overlap\. This will culminate in the identification of an optimal route to progress programmes while mitigating the risk of duplicated resources and effort, or perpetuating siloes which these programmes seek to dissolve\. The contract was awarded by DEFRA\.
