Work description
The Authority requires the Supplier to provide specialist NEC(3) Project and Contract Management Services in connection with the delivery of a new Pathology Facility at its SJUH site. The Services shall be provided from the appointment of a PSCP through to the completion of the Works and shall include post-completion activities such as defects rectification and snagging
