## Description

As part of Phase two of the Our Cultural Heart programme, the Council have complete an award to BAM Building and Infrastructure via the CCS \(now GCA\) Framework RM6088, Lot 4\.1 Construction Works and Associated Services - England / Wales \(Value Band £30m - £80m\)\. Phase two of the Our Cultural Heart programme consists of the construction of the Museum and Gallery and the Piazza Shopping Centre demolition\.
