The WCIP is an in depth look at the current state of Walking and Cycling within the partner City. A report is produced biennially. The WCIP Programme is a highly regarded assessment of the current state of walking and cycling. It is only produced by Sustrans and is comprised of the 23 leading walking and cycling cities within the UK and Ireland.
