Regina Road Demolition ITT - AWARD

London Borough of Croydon ('The Council') is looking for a supplier to demolish an 11-storey residential tower built in the early sixties using the Wates' Large Panel System, together with two adjacent two-storey, traditionally-built block of maisonettes. This is under the Notting Hill Genesis Framework (contract notice 2019/2 209-509321)

The location is nos. 1-87 and nos. 89-99 and 101-123 Regina Road SE25, near Norwood Junction, in the London Borough of Croydon.
