Confined Space and Roof Access Surveys

The University wished to appoint competent suppliers to carry out surveys of Confined Spaces and Roof Access on buildings across the University Estate.

The Services were split into two Lots 1: Confined Spaces 2: Roof Access

Within each Lot there were four packages, as follows: - Package 1 - Clifton & Leigh Woods Zone - Package 2 - Langford Zone (including Wyndhurst and Fenswood Farms) - Package 3 - Precinct - Package 4 - Stoke Bishop Zone

Full details of buildings contained within each package were set out in the Invitation to Tender Documents.

Tenderers were able to bid for any number of packages across both lots, the University would award a maximum of two packages to any one tenderer per lot.

Following conclusion of the Tender process, we can confirm the following:

Lot 1: Confined Spaces - no Contracts Awarded.

Lot 2: Roof Access Surveys - tendered costs exceeded budget; therefore only Package 4 and part of Package 3 were awarded.
