GMCA 1743 Future Fit Executive Coach

To assist EWS to build the culture, management team, behaviours, accountability, structure and resolution of specific people issues so that the organisation can become Future Fit. The means that everyone has a sense of what they do, why they do it, who for & have a shared plan with milestones to celebrate, and ensure they have the right people, in the right jobs, with the right skill sets.

Stage One would deliver the following objectives: • Clarity of the purpose of EWS and the principles and behaviours required to deliver this • Objective information/ data • Understanding of the change necessary • Short term change plan • Appropriate support for Nicola as she leads this with her team • Scoping for additional support requirements to be clear what is needed.
