The works comprise demolition of the existing lean-to porch structures at the front of the "Howard System Built" houses located in both Hornby Road and Denton Avenue and In the case of the properties in Eagle Way the properties to which the porches are attached are of broadly traditional construction with external walls of cavity masonry\.
