## Description

The Contractor will research and develop a set of national standards for adult digital skills from entry level 1 - level 2, that: - are based upon the basic digital skills in the 'Get Digital' basic skills framework\. The Tech Partnership in conjunction with Lloyds Bank are currently updating this framework\. - ensure an inclusive and balanced engagement with a wide range of stakeholders including employers, practitioners, subject specialists and digital inclusion charities and organisations\. - have strong employer and sector buy-in, including digital stakeholders and learner representatives\. - build upon existing national standards\. - allow qualifications built upon standards to align with the Regulated Qualification Framework\. - provide a solid foundation for awarding organisations to develop the next generation of basic digital skills qualifications\. - reflect any required changes to the standards identified through the Department's Consultation\.
