## Description

Leeds City Council \(LCC\) is seeking to commission a consultant to progress the technical feasibility work, including preparation of feasibility drawings, cost estimates, public consultation and two separate Outline Business Case \(OBC\) documents for a package of bus priority, walking and cycling measures along the A64 corridor between Marsh Lane and Whinmoor \(indicative location of the proposed P&R site\) and a new bus based park and ride site on the A64 corridor\.
