Description
Leeds City Council (LCC) is seeking to commission a consultant to progress the technical feasibility work, including preparation of feasibility drawings, cost estimates, public consultation and two separate Outline Business Case (OBC) documents for a package of bus priority, walking and cycling measures along the A64 corridor between Marsh Lane and Whinmoor (indicative location of the proposed P&R site) and a new bus based park and ride site on the A64 corridor.
