CPT_25_01 ERP (HR_System)

The National Audit Office (NAO) has awarded a contract to XCD HR LIMITED using Crown Commercial Services GCloud 14 framework. The supplier will be providing the NAO with a fully integrated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution encompassing HR, recruitment, and performance management functionalities. The contract will commence on Saturday, 31 January 2026, with an initial term of two years ending on Sunday, 30 January 2028. There are two optional 12-month extensions available, which could extend the contract until Wednesday, 30 January 2030.

The estimated total contract value, inclusive of VAT, is up to £443,320.16 over the four-year duration.
