Medway Development Company wish to appoint an experienced and professional agency for rental and marketing services for the apartments in Blocks A, B & E at Chatham Waterfront\. This will be an initial 24 month contract with the option to extend on an ongoing basis up to 12 months based on the performance of the appointed agent
