## Description

The project comprises the undertaking of fixed wire testing together with Electrical Installation Condition Reports \[EICR\] to General Needs Properties and Livewell Schemes/Projects owned and managed by South Yorkshire Housing Association Limited\. Additionally, any consequential remedial work or work to make installations safe following the testing/condition inspection regime are also included\. Properties will generally be occupied, and the Contractor will be required to contact the residents or scheme manager \(on Livewell schemes/projects\) to arrange a suitable time/date to undertake the necessary work requirements\.
