Refurbishment of Modular Buildings at Clatterford 6th Form, Watergate Road - Phase One

The Isle of Wight Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of Modular Refurbishment and Associated Works at Clatterford Centre, Watergate Road, Newport, IW (Phase One).

The works include: i. The external & internal recladding, remodelling & refurbishment to 3no. existing modular buildings: including demolition, strip out, carpentry, linings, partitioning, weatherboarding, roofing, finishing trades & services infrastructure. Associated groundworks / surfacing works and provision of new services connections are also included. ii. The refurbishment of existing shower facilities within St Georges School. iii. Works to switch the water supply within St Georges from tank fed outlets to mains water.
