Provision of Water Testing for the Control of Legionella

WFDC wish to appoint a contractor for the provision of water testing for the control of legionella. The contractor shall pay particular attention to L8 'The control of legionella bacteria in water systems' Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (HSG274) and CIBSE TM13:2013 minimising the risk of Legionnaire's disease. Inspections will be carried out on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, please refer to Annual planner for confirmation of timetable. A log book must be maintained in a 4 ring harded back binder and backed up with an electronic version. An approved laboratory shall be required to carry out all tests for legionella, details of the laboratory must be submitted with your tender submission.
