Work description
The Council is looking to appoint a Contractor for delivery of a housing development scheme, on the former Goldthorpe Market site, which will bring forward homes for social rent which include; 3 x 2 bed bungalows, 4 x 2 bed houses and 2 x 3 bed houses to include low carbon technologies.
