The Council has undertaken a PCR15 Further Competition procurement approach for the refurbishment of a residential property relating to the above mentioned framework

Following this procurement approach, a tender submission , evaluation and moderation, the Council has awarded this project to the successful bidder following a standstill period in which all suppliers were informed of the outcome of the award.
