Test Valley Borough Council wishes to appoint a robing company to provide robes and mortar boards for primary school children at their Andover Junior Graduation Ceremony 2023\. There will be 12 school ceremonies over a four day period; three per day\. Over the four days you will have robed around 640 children\.
