. HMRC is looking to develop greater insight across the Wealthy customer group, and to explore effective means of driving voluntary compliance amongst the Wealthy. The insight gained from this research will help us to better understand the factors influencing the behaviour of Wealthy customers and how we can drive voluntary compliance amongst this group.
