## Description

Tees Valley Combined Authority \(the Combined Authority\) is seeking external consultancy support to undertake a post evaluation of its circa £25\.4million ERDF funded Tees Valley Business Growth Fund Project \(the project\)\. The overarching objective of the project is to accelerate the growth of Tees Valley SMEs through co-investing in measures designed to overcome barriers & address constraints to growth, as well as supporting the creation of jobs thereby resulting in increased productivity\.
