## Description

Provide design team services to support the development of the St\. Matthews Estate concrete repair works, including the appointment of specialist consultants such as concrete testing, ecology, MEP and drone surveys\. Costs estimates, risk registers and support during the procurement stage is also required\. Please note, the Authority is no longer seeking tenders for this opportunity\.
