## Description

The Contracting Authority requires repairs to be made to the Access Control Building on Berkeley Site \(see Figure 1 and 2\) which is to remain in service until 2038\. Past investment into the repairs has been intermittent and largely unsuccessful with a number of 'D' level of defects identified during LC28 inspections\. The building will remain in service for the duration of the works therefore a programme timetable is required\.
