## Description

New contract required due to the existing contract, for device leasing and managed service charges relating to MFDs at 10SC and other UKHSA sites, expiring on 31/03/25\. The existing contract to lease Xerox MFDs and secure Xerox Work Cloud managed services relating to machines based at 10SC and other UKHSA sites will expire on 31/03/25\. An extension is not possible and a new contract is required to ensure continuity of service\.
