Castle Park Energy Centre Stage 3 Design

Progress the designs developed via the RIBA Stage 0 - 2 process to enable Option 1b from Stage 1 to be taken forward. This option enables the energy centre to progress to installation in time to meet the Renewable Heat Incentive deadlines while future proofing the development of the site to allow a mixed use development to be built above at a later stage once the route to market has been established.
