Work description
***Modification of the Contract*** Contract Variation PS23274 001 has extended the contract term from 31st May 2024 to 30th November 2024.
***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION *****
Option 1 This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6126 Research & Insights.
Aims and Objectives
The overall aim of the project is to engage a diverse and inclusive group of publics to deliberate on the social, economic, and environmental implications of future aviation technologies and related infrastructure and their hopes, fears and concerns in relation to these.
This dialogue will take a deeper approach than the Future Flight Challenge mini dialogue held in 2022 and will involve repeated deliberative engagement with a citizens panel over a number of months. We expect this approach to allow two core features :
- It will allow a wider stakeholder community (inc. industry, regulators and policymakers) to engage in reciprocal dialogue with publics' hopes, concerns, and expectations - Participants should be able to have space to define what is important to them and request to reciprocally engage with specialists or further information to deepen their understanding/ deliberations.
