The Council wishes to procure a service provider or consortium of providers to develop, manage and deliver the Greater Lincolnshire Growth Fund programme\. The service provider will manage the grant pot of £2,925,000 available to businesses in the programme area, with a further £150,000 set aside for the costs associated with managing, promoting and evaluating the Growth Fund\.
