## Description

Tenders are invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees \(the "Council"\) from Contractors with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for Highways Surfacing and Planing Works\. The Tender is a Yorkshire Alliance Contract, with specific Lots for the Councils' of Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, Wakefield & York\. The period of works will be 2 years, with an option for extensions for 2 further years \(1 \+ 1\)\. The contract is due to commence 29th March 2021\.
