Description
A service to review NHS Trust expenditure on bills e.g. utility bills, looking back up to 6 years and recovering any over payments. SARS will be zero-cost to NHSE, a budget will not be charged to provide this service. The service purpose is to recover money, on behalf of NHS Trusts, that has been incorrectly charged for utilities bills over a period of up to 6 years. The recovered money will benefit the relevant NHS Trust. The service will be funded by the supplier withholding a percentage of money recovered.
