## Description

will provide an investment consultancy services to the Kent Pension Fund \(KPF\)\. The supplier will be expected to allocate senior staff to the fund to carry out consultancy services, which will cover the below: - Review of investment strategy\. - Delivery of investment training as and when required, this will include introductory training for a cohort of new Members or bespoke training concerning a particular investment issue\. - Monitoring of investment implementation\. - Quarterly reporting including\. o Market background o Performance of the Fund and that of the individual fund managers including reference to risk taken to generate returns\. o Ratings for individual managers o Quarterly investment outlook o Ongoing monitoring of the active managers and private equity managers o Climate risk performance and Environmental, social and corporate governance \(ESG\) ratings for individual managers/mandates - Provision of a quarterly report on the performance and effectiveness of the Fund Equity Protection programme\. - Advising on controlling investment costs\. - Advice on the further development and implementation of the Funds Responsible Investment Policy\. - Supporting the provision of periodic Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures \(TCFD\) reporting\. - Provision of climate scenario analysis\. - Provision of a quality research service\. - Advising on the investment market and solutions based on application of current market intelligence\. - Advice to officers and Members on the appropriate investment strategy\. - Advising on the pooling agenda and pooling of investment assets\. - Advising on LGPS regulations\. - Assistance with preparation of the Funds Investment Strategy Statement \(ISS\)\.
