Early Years Local Government Programme Evaluation

Expressions of interest are sought for a contractor to conduct an evaluation of the Department of Education's Local Government Programme, comprising the Early Years Social Mobility Peer Review Programme and the Early Outcomes Fund. We are seeking expressions of interest from organisations who can demonstrate the capacity, knowledge, experience and flexibility to provide advice and support to LA level outcome evaluation in the Early Outcomes Fund and triangulate this with a central qualitative process evaluation of both programmes.
