## Description

The London Borough of Lambeth Council intend to establish a single Contractor Contract for the delivery of the Kennington Park Skatebowl Project\. The Contract will be for a twelve \(12\) month period, from the works delivery commencement date\. The contract value is capped at £300,000\.00 and the detailed description of the Works that a contractor will be required to deliver is set out in Statement of Requirements \(Specification\)\.
