Malvern Hills District Council is looking to appoint a Building Contractor for Levelling Up Funded Project at Malvern Theatre, Grange Road Malvern. The project includes an extension and upgrade works to develop Malvern Theatres into a world-class cultural facility. The scheme is comprised off:- • New studio theatre with retractable bleacher seating. • New outdoor amphitheatre • New park level flexible studio • Upgraded dressing rooms, wardrobes and green room, including accessible dressing room, WCs and showers for both the new studio 2 and existing forum theatre • Improved accessibility into the building and internally via upgraded Park entrance and lobby • Upgrades to the existing forum theatre.
