GB-Braintree: EPP0132 - Sible Hedingham Footpath

Description

The Council is seeking to enter a contract with a suitably qualified contractor for the installation of footpath surfacing for the Sible Hedingham footpath, with associated tree management works. A Badger activity survey has confirmed presence of Badgers. Therefore, a licence will need to be obtained from Natural England and works to be undertaken in accordance with the agreed method statements and under supervision of ecological clerk of works. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
