GB-High Wycombe: Revenues and Benefits Remote Processing Support

The Council invites Tenders to provide the following processing services via the Northgate revenues and benefits system: Revenues processing (council tax and business rates ~ occupations/vacations; instalment requests) Benefit processing (change in circumstances, new claims, ATLAS income from earnings, memo messages between Council Tax, Customer Service and Benefits, and incoming emails). This contract is envisaged as an "as and when" contract to supplement the Council's own resource during peak periods.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
