## Description

MDC require payroll management services to support the optimal utilisation of internal resource whilst managing costs and ensuring an accurate payroll\. In addition to the payroll, MDC wish to outsource the monthly pension process including reconciliation to payroll, provider upload and monthly payment of the pension contributions to reduce the associated internal overhead
