## Description

Leicester City Council \(the Authority\) working with the University of Leicester \(UoL\) invited quotations for the provision of a consultancy to provide a concept and detailed design to make improvements to University Road\. The Authority in partnership with the UoL was seeking to appoint a lead designer to produce a comprehensive design through a high standard of public realm and urban design\. University Road provides an important route between Welford Road and London Road, whilst being a destination in its own right\.
