## Description

The London Borough of Merton require a contractor for the replacement of the gas fired plant and associated equipment within the Civic Centre with a variable refrigerant flow \(VRF\) system and electrical intake upgrade\. Lighting is to be replaced on approximately 2 floors\. The gas boilers at the Civic Centre are 42 years old and past their estimated life span and to be replaces with a new VRF system\.
