Provide planned preventative maintenance and the reactive maintenance services to the estate\. The tender is split into three lots: 1\) Academic Boiler Maintenance 2\) Residential Boiler Maintenance 3\) Steam Boiler Maintenance Each lot is a three year contract with two optional 12 month extensions\.
