Facilitate the 'Roadmap to NMC Relocation: Planning, Benefits, Risks and Financial Analysis') paper through a series of boards including PIAB, DDaT CC and NPCC Finance. • PIAB - 16th April 2024 • DDaT CC - 2nd May 2024 • NPCC Finance - 6th June 2024 4. Prepare handover document at the end of Quarter 2 (prior to 30th June 2024).
