## Description

The Works comprise the overlay of the existing life expired bitumen built-up felt flat roof coverings, replacing rooflights and replacing wall claddings\. The laying of a self-adhesive 'reinforced bitumen membrane' system complete with flat roof insulation\. The Contractor is to obtain from the Flat Roofing System manufacturer a 20 year single point guarantee for the installed system and provide to the Client\.
