PROC.01.0717 - Survey of Developer Services marketing England & Wales

We are tendering for a Supplier to engage with stakeholders in the developer services market in England and Wales. The objective of the Project is to understand how different stakeholder groups view the market, what drives their behaviours, what opportunities and barriers they perceive, and what measures could be used to strengthen the market. It is also to understand why there is such a wide regional variation in market activity by self-lay providers (SLP). The study should focus on views from developers, land promoters and SLPs but input from water companies and new appointees will also be relevant.
