M2122-07 Replacement of Complete Door Entry Intercom System

The complete replacement of the existing communal Tunstall intercom system including all multicore cables, intercom handsets, push button communal access panel, all associated control equipment, batteries backup system and timer controls. Access is required into all resident's properties. The Contractor shall allow for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) throughout the duration of the Contract to arrange access into residents' properties and arrange appointment access dates. The RLO shall keep a detailed electronic record concerning access and keep the Contract Administrator informed at all times including sending a weekly copy of the electronic access data and progress of installation. All low volt electrical works must comply with BS-7671:2018 Eighteenth Edition.
